$125 for initial evaluation (Private Pay)
$100 per 50-minute session (Private Pay)

Rates for Neurofeedback (Teresa Reichart-Vernon, LSCSW only)
Private Pay rates are available for stand alone neurofeedback/biofeedback sessions & seperate add on with psychotherapy sessions. Packages of 6, 12 & 20 sessions are discounted by 10 % when paid for in advance.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I need an authorization number?
Reduced Fee (Private Pay only)
Advanced Pay discount of 10 % is available.
Payment
Cash, check, all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee for no call/no show or late cancellation.
